People Laughing On State Budget, Showing Expenditure Of Rs 2.90 Lakhs Cr And Income Rs 1.30 Lakhs Cr: Bandi Sanjay

  • EVEN 0.230 THOUSAND CRORE WAS NOT SPENT ON WELFARE IN 2022-23

Manneguda, Hyderabad/ Feb 7 (Maxim News): The Telangana State BJP President, Bandi Sanjay said that the budget for the financial year 2023-24 presented by Finance Minister T. Harish Rao in the Assembly, yesterday has become the laughing stock, people are laughing after seeing the expenditure of Rs. 2.90 lakh crore and state income of Rs. 1.30 lakh crore.

Addressing the party workers at Manneguda, today, Bandi Sanjay said that the State government headed by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao should feel ashamed that the government has not spent even Rs.0.230 thousand crores on the flagship scheme of KCR in the year 2022-23.

Bandi Sanjay has questioned when the expenditure is being shown as Rs. 2.90 lakh crores and the state income Rs. 1.30 lakhs crores, from where the remaining amount will be brought to achieve expenditure, he questioned whether the government wants to increase the revenue by increasing the sale of liquor, sale of land, imposing taxes, and other charges. He said that the KCR government is getting Rs. 40 thousand crores from Liquor sales, whether he wants to promote the sale of liquor and make people drink.

BJP has given a call to its party cadre to organize corner meetings and workshops and explain to the people the failures of the KCR government. He directed the party leaders and workers who participated in the BJP corner meetings. He asked the party workers to see that the welfare schemes of the Center reached the people. He asked the party workers to reach door-to-door through corner meetings which are aimed at strengthening the party institutionally. (Maxim News)
