Petition In High Court On GHMC Division: Hearing Postponed
Hyderabad, Feb 19 (Maxim News): It is known that the state government recently issued G.O. No. 55 dividing GHMC into three corporations. Challenging this, businessman Guruva Reddy filed a petition in the High Court.
The petitioner said that this is against the central circular as per the 2027 census and requested a stay on this G.O. till the census is completed. He requested that GHMC be kept as it is till then. Accordingly, the High Court issued notices to the central and state governments. The further hearing was adjourned for 3 weeks. (Maxim News)
