Plots in Gachibowli & Kukatpally Sold At High Prices in Auction

Hyderabad, January 31, 2025 – The Telangana Housing Board’s North Division held a successful auction in Hyderabad, selling three out of seven plots at high prices.

High Bids for Prime Locations

  • A residential plot of 81.45 square yards in Gachibowli was sold for ₹1.90 lakh per square yard.
  • In Kukatpally Balajinagar, two commercial plots were auctioned:
    • 87.98 square yards for ₹1.85 lakh per square yard
    • 92.36 square yards for ₹1.75 lakh per square yard

Auction Held Smoothly Despite Legal Issues

Although there were legal disputes over two plots, the auction went ahead without any problems after the court ruled in favor of the authorities.

The auction was overseen by officials, including Executive Engineer Ankam Rao, Estate Officer Vimal, Assistant Executive Officer Sujan, and Public Relations Officer Vasu.

Payment Instructions

Winning bidders must pay 25% of the amount through a demand draft within 48 hours to finalize their purchase.
