Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 9 (Maxim News): Today is Rakhi Pournami. This Rakhi festival is a symbol of the bond between brothers and sisters. On this occasion, the people of the country are celebrating Raksha bandhan today. Sisters are expressing their love by tying Rakhi to their brothers.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Raksha bandhan with children.
Students from Delhi schools went to the Prime Minister’s residence this morning and tied Rakhis. The children, beaming with smiles, tied Rakhis to Modi with great love. Modi had a fun interaction with the children on this occasion.
While tying the Rakhis, he asked the names and classes of the students. The photos related to this are currently going viral. Along with the children, the Brahma Kumaris also tied Rakhis to the Prime Minister. (Maxim News)
