Hyderabad, Aug 4 (Maxim News): Police have seized a huge quantity of ganja on the outer ring road at Golconda in the city. Balanagar SWOT police seized about 800 kg of ganja in a container going from Pedda Amberpet towards Gachibowli.

It was identified as being moved from Odisha. The police have taken the container driver into custody. Police officials said that seven people have been identified as accused in this incident. Five of them have been arrested. He said that they will be taken into custody and interrogated.
There is a possibility that more accused will be caught. it is said that this is the first time that cannabis has been transported in a container.

Ganja to other states in huge quantities

(COMMISSION AGENT CUM TRANSPORTER)
(Previously arrested from Chitrakonda PS, Orissa in NDPS Case) (FIR No is Yet to
be obtained from Orissa Police)
3). Suresh Maruthi Patil S/o Maruti Patil, R/o Dattanagar Talwali, Navi Mumbai,
Maharashtra (Receiver and Main Peddler-Absconding)
4). Harade Sanjeev Vittal Reddy S/o Vittal Reddy, Age 35, Occ DCM driver,
R/o Rajoda (V), Bidhar (Dist), Karnataka. (He is the Owner of the DCM and transports
Dry Ganja from Odisha to Maharashtra and delivers the same to Suresh Patil)
5). Sanjev Kumar Hollappa Okare S/o Hollappa Okare, Age 48, Occ DCM
