Praja Bhavan Road Accident: Ex-MLA Shakeel’s Name Added In FIR

Hyderabad, Jan 17 (Maxim News):  A road accident in front of Praja Bhavan took a turning point.  In connection with this case, the authorities have included the name of Bodhan former MLA of BRS Shakeel in the FIR.

Officials found that 10 people helped Shakeel’s son Sahil escape to Dubai.  Panjagutta police arrested two people who helped Sahil.  Officials identified three others as absconding.  It is known that authorities have already issued LOC on Sahil.  The authorities have made a lot of efforts to bring Sahil who is in Dubai.

Meanwhile, the High Court bench said that Shakeel’s son Sahil should not be arrested in the same case.  A hearing was held in the High Court on the 9th of this month on the quash petition filed by Sahil in the Panjagutta car accident case.  Sahil’s lawyer argued in the court that the LOC was issued only in the case of rash driving, it was shown that there were 15 cases against Sahil.  But the bench questioned why he went to Dubai which is wrong.  Sahil’s lawyer said that he went to Dubai because he was afraid of being arrested for filing a false case.

After hearing the arguments,  the High Court issued orders to the police not to arrest Sahil.  Also, the bench ordered Sahil to appear before the police on January 17 and to submit details of the Panjagutta car accident case.  The High Court adjourned the further hearing to January 24.
