Previous Budget Repeated, No New Allocations: Jeevan Reddy

Hyderabad, Feb 6 (Maxim News): Senior Congress leader and MLC Jeevan Reddy said that the KCR government has repeated the previous budget, with no new allocations nor any scheme in the budget for 2023-24 presented in the Assembly.

He expressed anger that the loan waiver has not been completed so far, and there is no increase in the Dalit Bandhu and the Housing schemes. The government has not made any provision for the self-employment scheme nor there are any funds for providing unemployment allowance to the unemployed youths.

Jeevan Reddy said that the number of Gulf victims is increasing in North Telangana and the Gulf relief fund should be increased, He demanded that relief should be provided to the families of those who died in the Gulf. (Maxim News)
