Prof. Kodandaram, Amer Ali Khan As MLCs: Official Orders Issued

Hyderabad, Jan 27 (Maxim News): Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan approved two MLCs in the Governor’s quota. Founder of Telangana Jana Samithi, Professor Kodandaram, and Mir Amer Ali Khan were appointed MLCs. The Governor has issued an official order appointing both MLCs in the quota.

The government nominated Mir Amer Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, and Prof. Kodandaram, who played a key role in the Telangana movement to the two vacant MLC posts.  

It may be recalled before the Assembly elections, the then BRS government proposed the names of Dosaju Shravan and K. Satyanarayana to the vacant posts, when this file was sent to the Governor, she rejected it. (Maxim News)
