Rachakonda, Cyberabad Police Website Hacked

Hyderabad, Dec 4 (Maxim News):  Cyber criminals have shocked the Telangana Police. Cyber criminals who recently hacked the High Court website have recently made the Rachakonda and Cyberabad Police Commissionerate websites (Police Websites Hacked) non-functional. With this, the websites of the two commissionerates (Police Websites) have been completely stopped for the past ten days. The police suspect that malware has infiltrated them. It was found that clicking on the websites redirects people to gaming sites instead of official information. With this, the servers were taken down and the information was provided to the NIC (National Informatics Centre), which runs them.

The police software of the two commissionerates is being updated. Instead of hacking again, advanced firewalls are being audited. They are working to strengthen the security of the servers in coordination with the cybercrime police to identify the gangs responsible for the audio hacking. Meanwhile, it is reported that the websites of several government departments have also been hacked in a similar manner. Cyber spies say that information related to 22 websites is already available on the dark web.(Maxim News)
