Rahul Gandhi Inspected Medigadda Barrage: He Took Photos And Videos

Hyderabad, Nov 2 (Maxim News): Senior Congress leader and MP, Rahul Gandhi inspected the damaged Medigadda barrage which is considered to be a prestigious project constructed during Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s rule by spending over Rs. 1.25 lakh crores.  

Rahul Gandhi examined the entire barrage along with TPCC President Revanth Reddy, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka, and MLA Sridhar Babu, but the police stopped other Congress leaders and supporters from reaching the damaged site. Earlier to this, there was a huge protest at the project site, as the police imposed Sec 144 and did not allow the people to come to the damaged project.

However, Rahul Gandhi examined the entire barrage he took the photos and videos on his phone.  He wants to know the extent of damage caused to the project and the reason for the damages, whether is the construction fault. The barrage is in danger due to the sinking of the pillars. With this problem, how much are the farmers going to face, Rahul Gandhi inquired about the details from the barrage engineering officer.
