Hyderabad, Feb. 26: Telangana IAS Reshuffle has led to the transfer of 45 officials across key departments in a major administrative overhaul ordered by the Telangana government.
The reshuffle covers senior positions in departments such as Panchayat Raj, Disaster Management, Revenue, and General Administration.
The government has appointed Sanjay Kumar as Special Chief Secretary, Panchayat Raj.
Meanwhile, Dana Kishore will serve as Special Chief Secretary, Disaster Management and Revenue. In addition, Rahul Bojja has been named Principal Secretary, GAD.
These changes form a central part of the Telangana IAS Reshuffle announced by the state.
Key Appointments in Panchayat Raj, Revenue and GAD
Under the reshuffle, Sanjay Kumar takes charge of Panchayat Raj as Special Chief Secretary. At the same time, Dana Kishore assumes responsibility for Disaster Management and Revenue as Special Chief Secretary. Rahul Bojja, meanwhile, steps in as Principal Secretary in the General Administration Department.
The appointments indicate a broad reallocation of administrative responsibilities. However, the government has not provided further details about the reasons behind the transfers.
