Relief To KTR In The High Court

Hyderabad, April 21 (Maxim News): BRS Working President and MLA, K. Tarak Rama Rao, got relief in the Telangana High Court. The court quashed the FIR registered at Utnoor Police Station. A case was registered against KTR at Utnoor PS in September last year.

The police registered the case on the complaint of Congress leader Athram Suguna. The complainant stated that KTR had said that the government (Telangana govt) had committed a scam of Rs. 25 thousand crores. The complaint revealed that KTR had said that a scam was committed in the name of Musi Prakashalana. The Utnoor police registered a case against KTR under various sections on the basis of the complaint. Justice K. Lakshman, after hearing the arguments of both sides, issued the verdict to this effect.  (Maxim News)
