Revanth Alleges Irregularities In Polling Booths

Hyderabad, April 11 (Maxim News): Congress working president contesting from Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency A. Revanth Reddy on Thursday alleged that the ruling party leaders have committed several irregularities in his constituency in violation of model code of conduct.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Revanth Reddy alleged that the officials of the Election Commission were using the students of Malla Reddy College as their volunteers at the polling stations. He also alleged that the volunteers were trying to lure the voters by standing near the polling stations.

He also alleged that the election agents of the TRS were sitting right in the polling stations by wearing T-Shirts containing the name of the TRS candidate. He also alleged that the TRS leaders were trying to reduce the poll percentage by forcing private companies’ the managements to run their shops despite the State government declared a holiday on polling day.
