Revanth Reddy Adilabad Visit Today, to Launch Development Works
Revanth Reddy Adilabad visit | Hyderabad, Dec. 4: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will visit Adilabad on Thursday to review development works and address a public meeting.
Officials confirmed that all arrangements for the Revanth Reddy Adilabad visit have been completed.
In view of the ongoing village panchayat election code, the administration cancelled all rural foundation stone events. Urban works without election links will proceed.
The Chief Minister will launch several projects in Adilabad town and later address a public meeting at the designated venue.
Minister Jupalli Krishna Rao and Chief Advisor P Sudarshan Reddy reviewed the preparations with local officials.
Development Works
During the Revanth Reddy Adilabad visit, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation for projects worth ₹18.70 crore under UIDF funds within Adilabad Municipality.
CM will also perform bhoomi puja for an IOCL petrol pump, planned at a cost of ₹1.75 crore under MEPPMA supervision.
Under CSR funds, two government schools will receive new facilities worth ₹1 crore. A 33/11 kV substation will come up near the new Collectorate at a cost of ₹2.31 crore.
Housing quarters for DSPs, CIs, SIs and other ranks, built with ₹2.60 crore, will be inaugurated. Additional AR and administrative quarters constructed with ₹11.93 crore will also be opened.
Revanth Reddy Adilabad Visit Today
A Bharosa Centre near Sathnala Bus Stand, built with ₹2 crore, will begin operations. Women beneficiaries across 160 SLFs will receive bank linkage cheques amounting to ₹19.69 crore.
Officials said IOCL representatives and MEPPMA authorities will exchange an MoU for the petrol pump project.
Congress cadres from all Adilabad constituencies are mobilising participants for the Revanth Reddy Adilabad visit. Workers from Adilabad, Boath and parts of Khanapur are expected to attend the public meeting.
The Congress plans to use the Chief Minister’s tour as part of its outreach ahead of the panchayat elections. Party sources indicated that Revanth Reddy is likely to urge voters to support Congress-backed candidates during his speech.
