Revanth Reddy Filed Petition In High Court To Dismiss Case In Saifabad PS
Hyderabad, Sept 2 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has filed a petition in the High Court to quash the case registered against him at the Saifabad police station. On the call of the AICC, a Raj Bhavan siege program was undertaken under the auspices of the PCC in 2021.
On this occasion, a case was registered against him at the Saifabad police station. The police have registered a case against Revanth Reddy under various sections. The case is currently pending in the Nampally Public Representatives Court.
The High Court has exempted Revanth Reddy from appearing in the Public Representatives Court. The High Court has ordered Public prosecutor Palle Nageswara Rao to file a counter. The next hearing has been adjourned to the 7th of next month.
Former minister KTR has filed a petition in the High Court seeking quashing of the case registered against him at the Banjara Hills police station.
The Banjara Hills police had registered a case against him based on a complaint filed by a person named Srujan. The High Court has ordered the PP to file a counter affidavit. The next hearing has been adjourned to the 9th of next month. (Maxim News)
