Revanth Reddy Harassing KTR With Fabricated Cases: Harish Rao

Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Maxim News): Senior BRS leader and former minister T. Harish Rao launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, stating that the Congress government was deliberately filing false and illegal cases against BRS working president KT Rama Rao to harass him and suppress the Opposition’s voice.

In a series of posts on X , Harish Rao said Revanth Reddy’s sole objective was to tarnish Rama Rao’s image and demoralise BRS leaders by implicating him in baseless cases, particularly related to the Formula E racing event that was held transparently during the previous BRS regime.

This is the height of political vendetta against our party’s working president. While holding a constitutional post, Revanth Reddy is trying to throttle voices that question him. This is nothing but tyranny,” Harish Rao noted.

The Congress government has been making all out efforts to make out an issue from a non issue for the past two years over the Formula E race, which, Harish Rao said, had boosted Hyderabad’s global brand image under Rama Rao’s leadership as the then IT and Industries Minister.

Fabricating illegal cases against Rama Rao, who consistently exposes the failures of the government, and deriving sadistic pleasure from it is undemocratic. People are closely watching these cheap dramas being enacted for petty political gains ahead of local body elections,” he stated, asserting that no amount of fabricated cases could break the morale of Rama Rao or other BRS leaders.

The entire BRS party stands firmly behind him. We will legally fight Revanth Reddy’s tyrannical attitude,” he added. (Maxim News)
