Revanth Reddy promises to stand by party workers

Hyderabad, Nov.2 (Maxim News): In the wake of the humiliating defeat of the Congress party in Huzurabad by-election, TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy today said that he would stand by the party workers of the constituency.

He said that the results of the by-elections had disappointed the party workers a lot and added that none should be disappointed about the results. He made it clear that a by-election would not decide the fate of a political party.

He said that the by-elections were held amid a special circumstance. He said that their party candidate Balmuri Venkat had toured all the villages of the constituency and sought votes from the people. He said that he would treat victory and defeat in equal measure. (Maxim News)
