Revanth Sarkar Good News To Farmers: Rs. 10 Thousand Per Acre For Crop Damaged
Hyderabad, March 20 (Maxim News): The Telangana government headed by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has decided to give Rs. 10 thousand per acre to the farmers whose crops were damaged due to untimely rains and hailstorms.

Officials explained that all the plans related to this have already been prepared. The Revanth government has ordered the agricultural officers to estimate the crop loss so far.
Revanth Sarkar says that since there are chances of rain in the state for the next two to three days, they will assess the total damage done till then and provide compensation to the farmers. Officials have announced that even after the Election Code comes into force, there are still possibilities to obtain the EC’s permission and provide compensation to farmers.

It is known that Rs. 10,000 per acre was provided in case of severe crop damage last year as well. The government has decided to give the same now. The government has said that farmers should take proper precautions in the wake of rains. All agricultural officials should also be available to the farmers, he said. The officials have been issued instructions to give proper instructions to the farmers so as not to damage the grain that has been dried. (Maxim News)
