Rs.14,38,95,085 Cash Seizure In The District: Ronald Rose
Hyderabad, April 19: So far Rs.14,38,95,085/- cash has been recovered by various enforcement teams in the district.

District Election Officer, GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose said that cash and other items worth Rs 2 crore 1 lakh 84 thousand 925 and 20,768.42 liters of illegal liquor were seized. He said that cases have been registered against 196 people and 193 people have been arrested. Ronald Rose said that 400 complaints about election-related cash and other items were resolved, 263 FIRs were registered and 2,914 licensed weapons were deposited.
In the last 24 hours Rs. 4,33,295/- in cash, 2,440/- other items worth Rs. It is claimed that 0.90 liters of illegal liquor was seized by the Excise Department, one case was registered and one person was arrested. He said that when 4 complaints were received regarding cash and other items, they were resolved and two FIRs were registered. He said that 37 licensed weapons have been deposited.

Since the release of the election schedule till now, Rs. 3,10,07,015/-, Rs.11,13,08,380/- by the Police, IT Department and Rs.15,79,690/- by SST teams, he said.
