Rs 8,500 Salary For Sanitary Workers Soon: Jupally
Hyderabad, Aug.20 (Maxim News): Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao today said the TRS government was determined to strengthen the gram panchayats with all facilities with a focus on clean and green besides supporting SHGs. He also announced that the State government has decided to deposit Rs 8,500 monthly salary in the bank accounts of sanitary workers and resolve their issues soon.
Addressing the media at the Secretariat today, Jupally flayed the Congress leaders for making baseless accusations against the State government only for political mileage. There was no iota of truth in what the Opposition makes comments, he said. He also condemned the comments of the Congress leaders as baseless that the State government was releasing arrears to women groups only after AICC president Rahul Gandhi visited Hyderabad. The minister also said the TRS government has allocated Rs 8,800 crore so far Rs 2,000 crore loans already distributed for 2018-19 fiscal. (Maxim News)
