Hyderabad, Feb.15 (Maxim News): TSRTC MD Sunil Sharma said that decision on job security of employees will be taken within one week. He participated in save oil KMPL program at RTC Kalyaan Mandapam here. Sunil Sharma gave away fuel saving awards to 11 drivers of the corporation and appreciated them.
Speaking on the occasion, the MD stated the government may decide on job security for the employees in week days. The corporation is earning Rs 80 crore to Rs 90 crore a month income now. This is good development and the team work of the staff, he said.
The corporation may offer bonus for the employees in December if they continue to earn better revenue, he said. We have set up welfare committees to address all issues like transfers, ODs and others.
The TSRTC will soon start its cargo services and clear PF arrears. We are thinking of improving facilities for the crew in the offices and depots. He appreciated the drivers for safely shifting the passengers to their respective destinations.
He said that the RTC will earn name and revenue with commitment, timings and friendly attitude with passengers. (Maxim News)
