Hyderabad, April 15: Sangareddy District Collector P Pravinya has directed officials to complete acquisition of 3,245 acres in the NIMZ area at Zaheerabad within 45 days. Authorities will hand over the land to the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation.
The Collector issued the directive during a review meeting held at the district collectorate on Wednesday. Officials from revenue, NIMZ, and Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation attended the meeting.
She instructed officials to speed up the process and ensure full government possession of the land. Therefore, departments must work in coordination and meet the deadline.
Special Teams Formed for Survey and Execution
The administration will deploy six special teams to conduct surveys in pending villages. These include Elgoi, Siddapur, Chilepalli, Mungi, Rukmapur, and Hadnur. Each team will include officials from revenue, police, agriculture, and local bodies.
Moreover, the Collector ordered daily reviews to monitor progress. Officials must complete fencing clearance and road expansion works without delay.
In addition, authorities will consider crop harvesting timelines. They will take over lands immediately after crops are harvested. However, officials warned of strict action against anyone removing fencing without permission.
The Collector also directed removal of trees, bushes, and stones. This step will help in leveling the land for industrial use. Furthermore, officials must finalise road alignments and accelerate infrastructure works.
Additional Collector Madhuri, NIMZ Special Officer Vishalakshi, and other senior officials attended the meeting. The administration aims to complete all preparatory work within the set timeline.
