Sanjay failed to get funds from Centre: KTR vows to develop Karimnagar

Hyderabad, March 17 (Maxim News): IT & Municipal Administration Minister K Taraka Ramarao today slammed BJP State president and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar for failing to get funds from the Centre for development of the State and any educational institutions. “The TRS Government is fast developing Karim Nagar and other districts by spending enormous funds”, he added.

KTR participated in development programs, including Rs 410 cr Maneru river front and others. He said they began works worth Rs 1000 crore, took up development with Rs 617 cr and started an integrated command center.

“Though there are no elections, we are pushing development programs”, he said, adding that pensions for old aged and disabled have increased manifold. The Government will offer 2 BHK houses to the poor in the State as they are ready to give more funds for Karim Nagar district.

The minister accused the BJP leadership of spreading communal hatred and strife in the society and denying support for State development. He also squarely blamed Sanjay for failing to get funds, IIT, IIIT, national status to Kaleshwaram, polytechnic college or others. “Repeated appeals fell on deaf ears as the Centre continues to deny funds, institutions and projects to the State of Telangana. This can be attributed to the failure of BJP MPs from the State, who failed to talk in Parliament about Telangana and its development”, KTR said, adding that the BJP leaders are resorting to make false accusations against Chief Minister KCR and the government”, he charged.

“TRS MP Vinod Kumar got smart city status for Karim Nagar and now BJP MP Sanjay did not bring even Rs 3 cr for its development”, he said, adding that if the State government brings one rupee, the BJP MPs should get four rupees from the Centre if they have commitment. “Unnecessary charges and comments will not help development as we will do more development in the district”, he said. KTR hoped that people will support Kamakalar to win future polls with one lakh vote majority.

KTR participated in some development programs in the previous Karim Nagar district with Minister G Kamakalar and other leaders of the party. He began works of a Mission Bhagiratha pylon, Maneru river front and others.

The TRS Government under leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is fast developing in all sectors, he claimed. “With KCR’s efforts and plan, the entire nation is looking at the State for welfare schemes and unique programs for development, the minister said. Our State is a role model for others to follow”, he added. (Maxim News)
