SCR Installs 32 More Machines For Issue Of Season Tickets In Twin Cities
Hyderabad, Dec 24 (Maxim News): In tune with the Government’s decision to promote cashless transactions Railway Board has instructed Zonal Railways to initiate steps to facilitate the purchase of Reserved tickets and Suburban Season Tickets.
Earlier, one Hundred and Twelve (112) Point of Sale machines for issue of Reservation tickets on Credit/Debit Cards have been installed at one Hundred and Eight (108) locations.
Moreover, additionalthirty two (32) Point of Sale machines have been installed at the booking offices of the twenty six (26) Suburban stations including Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kacheguda stations for exclusive issue of season tickets through Credit/Debit Cards. The details of PoS machines installed at stations for issue of Season tickets and UnReserved tickets are detailed below:-
Hyderabad Division :
Huppuguda, Sitaphalmandi, Vidyanagar, Malakpet, Arts College, Falaknuma, Kacheguda, Jamai Osmania, Yakutpura, Dabirpura.
Secunderabad Division :
Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Lingampalli, Begumpet, Borabanda, Fateh Nagar Bridge, Hi-Tech City, Hafizpet, Chandanagar, Bharat Nagar, Nature Cure Hospital, James Street, Necklace Rd, Khairatabad, Lakdikapul, Sanjevaiah Park. (Maxim News)
