Security Tightened For Sobha Yatra In City
Hyderabad, April 13 (Maxim News): Anil Kumar, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic Hyderabad city, reviewed bandobust arrangements at Conference Hall of Traffic Complex in connection with Sri Rama Navami Sobha Yatra procession (from Sree Ramalayam Temple Seetarambagh to Hanuman Vyayamshala, Sultanbazar) to be held on April 14.
Addl. CP (Traffic), Hyderabad while reviewing the bandobust arrangements said all in-charge sector officers should personally visit the route and check whether there are obstructions on the route and take action to clear it for the free passage of procession. He also instructed all the officers and men, who are posted in their sectors, shall be briefed properly about their duties and responsibilities. He instructed that all the officers and men should involve themselves and perform duties without causing inconvenience to the procession.
The Addl. CP (Traffic) reviewed the places of traffic diversion points for vehicular traffic without causing inconvenience to the citizens and also to make barricading arrangements, placing signages at the locations of diversions etc., for information to the citizens. In the review meeting L.S. Chowhan, IPS, DCP Traffic-I and K. Babu Rao, DCP Traffic-II and P. Karunakar, Addl. DCP Traffic-II, all ACsP along with Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors participated.
