Setback To Accused In Phone Tapping Case: Court Dismissed Mandatory Bail Petition

Hyderabad, July 12 (Maxim News): The accused in the phone tapping case have faced a setback once again. The court dismissed the mandatory bail petitions filed by the accused in the Nampally Court.

the lawyers for the accused pleaded that the custody of A2 Praneeth Rao, A3 Thirupatanna, A4 Bhujanga Rao and A5 Radhakishan Rao has been completed and the court has the authority to grant bail to them as the charge sheet has not been filed so far.

Objecting to their arguments, the police said that the charge sheet has been filed, but just because it has been sent back, it does not mean that it was not actually filed.  Arguments on both sides ended on Thursday.  The Judge gave the verdict today.  (Maxim News)
