Severe Heat In Telangana For Next Four Days
Hyderabad, May 2 (Maxim News): The Indian meteorological Department has warned that the temperature in the Telangana State may increase by two to three degrees above normal for the next four to five days from May 3.

Along with Andhra Pradesh, the IMD has announced a red alert for the states of Odisha, West Bengal and Bihar and has also issued severe warnings to Telangana. Along with North Telangana, many districts of south Telangana are burning with sun. People are panicking due to the intensity of the hailstorm.
On May 2, the temperature was recorded above 46 degrees in many parts of the state. 46.6 degrees was recorded in Gudapur of Nalgonda district, Chandur, Mangapet, Bhadrachalam, Munagode and other places recorded 46.5 degrees. Timpapur, Waira, Khanapur, Mutharam and Velgatur areas also recorded 46.4 degrees. Greater Hyderabad also recorded temperatures of 43.9 degrees.

Weather department experts are warning people to be more alert as there is a possibility that the intensity of the sun will increase as the month of May begins and the temperature may reach a maximum of 50 degrees. The government is also suggesting to take adequate precautions to protect the people from the heat of the sun. In these circumstances, the Indian meteorological Department on Wednesday released its monthly rainfall and temperature forecast report for the month of May. It said that the monthly maximum temperatures are likely to be higher than normal in most parts of the Telangana state. (Maxim News)
