Sharp Rise in Fever Cases In Hyderabad: Hospitals See Surge in Patients
Hyderabad, Sept 14 (Maxim News): In Greater Hyderabad, the number of patients coming to the hospital with fever has increased tremendously. 500 to 800 OP cases are coming to the fever hospital alone. Victims are queuing up with viral fevers, dengue, vomiting, diarrhea, arthritis, and chills. 1500 to 200 OP cases are in Osmania and Gandhi hospitals. Children’s OP has also increased in Nilofar Hospital.

Once there are changes in the environment, the immunity of many people is damaged. Doctors do not say that such people have weakened immunity to infection. Due to unsanitary conditions in slums, mosquitoes spread and cause diseases.
Almost every household has one or two fever victims. One after another is suffering from viral fever. Viral fevers are the most common cases of OPs in public and private hospitals. 20 to 30 percent of them have dengue symptoms.

There is a high risk of disease attack due to contaminated water and mosquitoes. Boil the water at 100 centigrade for ten minutes and then cool it and drink it warm. Rice should also be eaten hot. Bacteria, if present, will die from the heat. Hands should be washed clean while cooking and eating. Do not consume refrigerated food during this period. Mosquito-repellent creams should be applied to the body every four hours. Do not apply it in the eyes. (Maxim News)
