Hyderabad, Aug 28 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed his major concern on the environmental impact of improper dumping of waste by an influential few. He condemned plantation owners and prominent personalities around Osman Sagar and Himayat Sagar for dumping untreated sewage into these vital water bodies due to their negligence.

Due to pollution from this discharge, Revanth Reddy questioned the safety of drinking water in Hyderabad. “Should the people of Hyderabad drink that water?” he asked bluntly emphasizing the need for immediate action to protect public health and the movement, this has been revealed by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in a chit chat with the media persons.

Reddy did not hold back in his criticism of KT Ramarao (KTR), accusing him of lack of discretion over the leased farmhouse. It was found that KTR’s lease agreement was not included in his affidavit, raising concerns about possible conflicts and non-disclosures, and Reddy called for KTR to be disqualified, arguing that such omissions undermine public trust and the principles of moral governance.

In another demonstration of his commitment to effective governance, Reddy proposed that HYDRA be elevated to the level of a police station.
