The Data Center facility will house Co-location and Hyperscale clients spread across a 4,300 sq. mt—area with a total IT load of 1.5 MW. SWPC’s scope included complete turnkey Civil & MEP for the facility and Tier-III Uptime TCDD and TCCF certification. One of the first-of-its-kind features includes the modular design of civil structures made of prefabricated steel, which ensures faster execution and better quality vis-à-vis normal brick-and-mortar structures. The project also included an Indirect Adiabatic Cooling (IAC) free cooling solution for better PUE. This project involved various challenges such as tough geography and supply chain hurdles, however, the company was able to execute and deliver the project before the scheduled deadline of 16 months.
