The representation, dated June 17, 2026, was addressed to the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, Minority Welfare Department officials, Anti Corruption Bureau, Vigilance and Enforcement authorities, Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate, and Union Ministries concerned.

Hussaini alleged that the hundi collection contract of Dargah Jaanpad Shahid in Suryapet district, reportedly valued at around Rs 1.60 crore, was allotted under questionable circumstances. He further claimed that the allotment took place despite the existence of a court order, raising concerns about compliance with legal procedures.

The representation also raised concerns regarding the allotment of hundi collection rights at Dargah Bada Pahad Syed Sadullah Hussaini in Nizamabad district. According to the complaint, the contract was initially allotted for approximately Rs 5 crore for one year and was later extended for nearly Rs 7 crore for two years. The petitioner alleged that the extension occurred without a public tender notification or a transparent competitive process.

The representation stated that if the allegations are found to be true, they could indicate violations of financial propriety, transparency norms, and public administration procedures. It also sought verification of compliance with statutory requirements, including financial disclosures, eligibility conditions, and other legal formalities before awarding such contracts.

Hussaini further alleged that irregular management of revenues generated from various dargahs between 2024 and 2026 may have caused a financial loss to the Telangana Waqf Board. The representation estimated the alleged loss at between Rs 25 crore and Rs 30 crore and requested an impartial investigation into the claims.
