SOT Cyberabad Police Nabbed A Gang Smuggling PDS Rice To Maharashtra
Hyderabad, April 19 (Maxim News): The SOT Rajendranagar team and Rajendranagar Police stopped a DCM number MH 24 AB 6253 at Manasa Hills Main Road, Rajendranagar, and found 15 tonnes of PDS rice in it. During the investigation – it was learned that a person named Salman from Chandrayagutta was smuggling PDS rice from Chandrayagutta Godown under Hyderabad City to Umarga Maharashtra.

According to the details Amer Mahbub Shaikh age 26 occu: Driver, native of Nilanga, Lathur, Maharashtra was arrested along with 15 tonnes of PDS rice with Rs. 3,00,000 and a DCM worth Rs. 10 lakhs. The other accused Salam of Chandrayangutta and Dhanraj of Umerg (Receiver – absconding. Rajender Police are investigating the case. (Maxim News)
