Special Health Camps At Dengue Vulnerable Areas In Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Aug 7 (Maxim News): Special Health camps have been organized by the Health Department in the dengue-vulnerable areas of Sultan Shahi have Kaman, UPHC Panjesha, and Siddique Nagar – UPHC, Aman Nagar in which free medical services including medicine was provided to the affected patients with free consultation and medicine from 9.00 am to 1.30 pm today.
Dr. J.Venkati, DM&HO, Dr. H. Prabhakar, Deputy DM&HO, Surajbhan, and Dr. Abrar Ul-Haw Sheikh, Medical Officer BDK, attended the free health camp.
The patients were actively enrolled and around 132 at Sultan Shahi & 120 at Siddiquenagar were consulted, Basic demographic data were collected along with measurement of vitals (BP, Blood sugar, temperature, etc).
Depending upon the chief complaints of the patient, consultation by the Medical Officer was done. The camp was open for all age groups, Services Provided:- Patient Counselling, Distribution of Medication: NSAIDs and cough syrup, Antibiotics, Anti-allergic, PPI, Antiemetic, Antidiabetic, Vitamins, and electrolytes, Distribution of Multivitamins and ORS & Zinc supplements.
