Reports confirm that five people were in the speeding car at the time of the accident. Two young men and three young women in the vehicle were all identified as Sudanese nationals. They managed to leave the overturned car after the crash. The young women booked a cab and vacated the site, while the young men stayed at the location. Police have said that they frequently warn people about the dangers of speeding, but these warnings often go unheeded, resulting in repeated road accidents and sometimes deaths.

The police are now investigating whether the vehicle was rented or lent by someone. The Sudanese youth involved in the crash are studying in Hyderabad and living in Shamshabad. Authorities have detained and are questioning them to understand the specifics. The report confirmed, “The car overturned and the condition of both is critical.” The statement highlights ongoing concerns regarding reckless driving and road safety in the city.
