Spl Budget For Agriculture Will Solve All Woes Of Farmers: Rajiv

Hyderabad, April 4 (Maxim News): AICC spokesperson Rajiv Gouda on Thursday said his party’s manifesto was made on the basis of the feedback given by intellectuals and people of the country. He said the manifesto was the blue print for the Congress party-led Union government in the days to come.

Commenting on the “Nyay” scheme, he described it as a surgical strike on the poverty of the country and added that their government would deposit Rs 6,000 into the bank Accounts of the poor people of the country under the scheme after coming into power.

Addressing the media here, Gouda said they had also come up with the promise of introducing a special budget for agriculture sector to solve the problems faced by the farmers of the country while noting that the development of agriculture sector in the country was of paramount importance for them.

Targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajiv Goud alleged that the former had failed to provide two crore jobs to the unemployed in the country and said the country has become jobless under Modi’s rule. He also said the Congress party has promised to eradicate unemployment by creating employment opportunities in the country.

Gouda further said they would modernize Indian railways and would also remove the problems faced by traders and businessmen due to GST. He said a special mechanism would be put in place to prevent attacks on women in the country. Gouda said they would also implement the Forest Rights Act in order to help the tribals of the country. He also said they would also conduct free clinical tests and provide free medicines to the people of the country at hospitals. He said three percent of the total allocations in GDP would be spent on the Health sector in the country. He urged the people of the State to vote for the party and ensure its grand victory in all the 17 MP seats. (Maxim News)
