Students, Parents stage protest at intermediate Board
Hyderabad, April 20 (Maxim News): The intermediate students and their parents on Saturday staged a massive dharna before Board of Intermediate office in the city alleging that the board officials. They alleged that the board committed several blunders in awarding marks to the students leading to their failures in the final exams.
The students and parents demanded the board officials to rectify the mistakes immediately and save the bright future of the students. They alleged that the irresponsible acts of the board officials led to the failure of so many students in the state. A student, who has secured more than 90 percent marks in all her subjects, got only single digit marks leading to her failure in the board’s final exams.
A parent has said that his daughter, who is class topper, had got just six marks. He wondered it was impossible for his daughter to get such low marks. Meanwhile, the board has released an official statement and said that the mistakes were committed only in case of three intermediate students. (Maxim News)
