Davos/Internet/Hyderabad, Jan 23 (Maxim News): Investments azre pouring into Telangana as part of Davos. Leading company Amazon has agreed to invest heavily in Telangana. It has signed an agreement with the government to invest Rs. 60,000 crore in data centers in the state.

On January 23, at the World Economic Forum conference, CM Revanth Reddy and Minister Sridhar Babu met with Amazon Web Services Global Public Policy Vice President Michael Punke. he said that Amazon Web Services is expanding its data centers in Hyderabad on a large scale with investment plans of about Rs. 60 thousand crores. These data centers will become crucial for the growth of artificial intelligence-based cloud services in the future.

Amazon Web Services has already announced an investment of $4.4 billion by 2030 to develop its cloud infrastructure in Telangana. It has already developed three centers in Telangana with an investment of one billion.
These three centers are already operational. Amazon Web Services has requested the state government to allocate the required land for the new expansion plans. The state government has agreed to it.
Revanth Reddy said that he is happy that global giants like Amazon are coming forward to make huge investments in our state like never before. He said that the efforts undertaken by the Praja government for a year with the Telangana Rising Vision have borne fruit. IT Minister Sridhar Babu said that with this agreement, Hyderabad will gain undisputed recognition as the hub of data centers in the country. (Maxim News)
