Saudi Flight Disruptions Affect Indian Travellers
The extended cancellations come amid continuing security concerns affecting aviation operations in Saudi Arabia. Recent attacks and airspace restrictions have prompted airlines to review their schedules and suspend selected services.

The disruption has particularly affected Indian Umrah pilgrims travelling to and from the kingdom. Some passengers have faced difficulties arranging alternative flights and returning to India.
The Consulate General of India in Jeddah has been coordinating assistance for affected Indian nationals. Its efforts include helping travellers access essential supplies and exploring alternative travel arrangements with airlines and community organisations.
IndiGo reiterated that passenger and crew safety remained its priority. The airline said it would communicate further changes as the situation develops.

Passengers booked on affected routes should check their flight status before travelling to the airport. They should also contact IndiGo or their travel agents regarding cancellations, refunds and alternative arrangements.
The November 14 deadline reflects the airline’s latest advisory. Passengers should monitor official announcements because further schedule changes remain possible.
