Surge In Covid Cases: Alert To All States Including Telangana

Delhi/Hyderabad, Dec 19 (Maxim News): Covid cases are increasing in the country. The epidemic that was thought to be extinct is once again throwing its claws. It is spreading again across the country like water under the carpet.

Covid cases are increasing in many states across the country.  a new variant has come to light in the state of Kerala. In this order, the Center has been alerted. The Union Health Department issued an order warning all the states including Telangana to take precautions during the time when Corona is high. 

It advised the states to take measures to contain the Covid-19 Virus in the upcoming festival season. The Center has made it clear to the states that they should take appropriate precautions as per the instructions given by WHO. Orders have been issued to keep vigil on new cases. It is suggested that RTPCR tests should be performed in larger numbers and genome sequence tests should be performed to identify the variant.

ALERT TO TELANGANA HEALTH DEPT

In this background, the Telangana Medical and Health Department has been alerted. The staff of Gandhi Hospital, which is the nodal center for corona treatment, is ready. Special arrangements have been made for Covid cases. He said that they are ready to provide treatment whenever patients come. The hospital staff said that 30 beds have been allocated for general patients and another 20 for pregnant women. Superintendent of Gandhi Hospital Dr. Raja Rao clarified that there is no truth in the news that there are 5 corona positive cases in Telangana. He said that so far we have not had such cases.  (Maxim News)
