There were moderate rains today in a few parts of Hyderabad. Banjara Hills, Yousufguda, Lakdikapul, LB Nagar, Amberpet, OU, and other parts of the city witnessed moderate to heavy rains today early morning.

The Indian Meteorological Department - Hyderabad (IMD-H) has announced that light to moderate rains are likely to occur in the state of Telangana for the next three days.

Hyderabad is likely to receive moderate to heavy rain on Thursday under the influence of an associated cyclonic circulation lying over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and neighborhoods at lower tropospheric levels.

Amaravati Meteorological Department officials said that the surface circulation in the vicinity of West Central Bay of Bengal is extending up to 4.5 km above the mean sea level.
