Panic gripped residents of Rajendranagar after locals discovered the body of an unidentified man lying in a pool of blood near the service road off the Bengaluru National Highway on Wednesday.
A case is registered against an unknown person who claimed to be an officer on special duty (OSD) in Chief Minister's Office and threatening businessmen and demanding money.
