Talasani Slams BJP For Jibe On Govt

Hyderabad, Aug.13 (Maxim News): Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today criticized State BJP president K Laxman for his comments against the TRS Government. “Why Laxman has got doubts that KCR was ruling the State and Modi Government was in the Centre. As there was Modi regime at the Centre, Telangana was being ruled by TRS leadership and everyone is aware of it”, he quipped.

Talking to mediapersons here today, Talasani alleged that the BJP was involving in false politics and making comments against Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, whose priority was welfare of people and development of the State. The BJP comments that the TRS was going along with the AIMIM in the State was totally false”, he said. He also said the BJP can go with the MIM in future to strengthen itself in the old city, he said. The MIM has supported the BJP Government at the Centre when Pulwama terror attacks took place, he pointed out.

Srinivas Yadav flayed that the BJP was unable to digest development being done by the State government. Instead, the BJP leaders can bring funds for the same for Telangana and get support of the people, he suggested. He also ridiculed that the BJP had miserably failed in the last elections and lost deposits in 113 segments against 119 segments it fought. “We are not saying that other parties are untouchables”, he said. The TRS Government was supplying fine rice to the welfare hostels though political parties did not ask for it, he claimed. He also said unlike any other State, Teangana Government was providing Rs 20 lakh financial assistance to students, who want to study abroad.

He opposed the BJP remarks that the government is obtaining huge loans and involving in corruption. “Our government is implementing welfare schemes like no other government in the country and spending huge funds”, Srinivas Yadav said. KCR Government was making all efforts for rapid development and welfare in Telangana, he added. (Maxim News)
