TATA Group Suports Ashwini Hospital At Tirumala

Tirumala, Feb.14 (Maxim News): TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy said Ashwini hospital has been spruced up into full fledged hospital with mini operation theatre with 30 beds.

Inaugurating the new model hospital after renovation, in which the TATA group has donated Rs.4 crore worth sophisticated equipments and also tied up for treating cancer patients, the TTD chairman said that henceforth all emergency cases would be handled at Tirumala hospital only. Earlier the patients under serious conditions used to be shifted to SVIMS hospital at Tirupati.

The Ashwini hospital is also supported by the Apollo group who have donated a cardiac unit to treat cases of heart attack and also surgery needs etc.

He thanked the Tata research group and the Apollo hospital for their contributions. Additional EO AV Dharma Reddy, CE Ramachandra Reddy, Dr Narmada, Dr Kusumakumari, Dr P Kusumakumari were also present. (Maxim News)
