TDP MLAs urge KCR to withdraw his letter on Veligonda

Hyderabad, Aug.29 (Maxim News): The opposition Telugu Desam Party MLAs from neighbouring Andhra Pradesh state today urged the Chief Minister of the State KCR to withdraw his letter written on the issue of the Velugonda project to KRMB and central government.

The TDP MLAs Gottipati Ravi, Eluri Sambasiva Rai and Dola Bala Veeranjaneta Swami have written a letter to the Chief Minister on the issue. In their letter to the CM, they asked the CM as to why he was thinking they there was no permission given to the Velugonda project. They made it clear that it was the failure of the ruling YSRCP from the AP that it did not take any step for inclusion of the Veligonda project in central government’s gazette .

They made it clear that the central government had approved six irrigation projects in their state as per the AP Reorganization act. They alleged that the AP Government had not taken any steps on the letter written by the central government to the state government asking it to send the details of the project Velugonda project in its state for its inclusion in the central government gazette. They said that it was not proper for the CM To lodge a complaint against the projects of the AP with the Central government. They said that the farmers of Prakasam District were worried now after the letter written by the CM KCR. (Maxim News)
