Hyderabad, Oct.10 (Maxim News): During his campaign for elections at Siddipet here, former minister T Harish Rao today appealed to women to teach a lesson to the Congress and its allies for stalling the distribution of Bathukamma saris among them.
Speaking along with local leaders, Harish Rao wooed the people and urged them to vote for the TRS to continue the development process in the State of Telangana. Since voting for the Congress and its allies will disprove handy, the people must be cautious while participating in the voting process, he cautioned. The women are cursing the Congress leaders for stalling the saris distribution and the people are rejecting the Opposition leaders for stalling developmental works and irrigation projects.
The TRS rule will bring Godavari waters to the segment on voted to power in December elections, he said. TRS Chief and caretaker chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has launched several schemes of welfare and development that have already reached the people and benefited them. Now it is the turn of the people to support KCR leadership for future development in Telangana he said.
