Teej festival begins
Tribal hamlets in Lambadi thandas wore a festive look as the places buzzed with various activities and customs by tribal girls during Teej festival. The tribal girls celebrate Teej festival in their thandas for nine days seeking the blessings of the tribal gods for good harvests and matches.
During nine days, the thandas would witness the traditional dances by singing Lambadi songs in the evening. Both youngsters and elders gather at the venue and enjoy the festivity.
