Telangana Govt Announces Half-Day Schools Amid Rising Temperatures, Check Dates

Hyderabad, Mar 10 (Maxim News): As the day temperatures continue to soar in Telangana, school students can look forward to some relief. Commencing March 15, the schools will operate half-day as the School Education Department announced half-day schools.

All primary, upper primary, and high schools under all managements, i.e., government, government-aided, and private, will operate from 8 am to 12.30 pm. The mid-day meals in the government run institutions will be provided at 12.30 pm.

The last working day for the 2024-25 is April 23. Schools will break for summer vacation from April 24 to June 11, and they will reopen for the fresh academic year on June 12. (Maxim News)
