Telangana Heavy Rains: Bandi Sanjay Calls Rajnath Singh For Help
Hyderabad, Aug 28 (Maxim News): Heavy rains are falling across the state of Telangana. People are facing severe hardships due to heavy rains. Many people are trapped in the floods. In this context, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar spoke to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh over the phone. Bandi Sanjay revealed that 30 people are trapped in the floods in Kamareddy and Sircilla districts.
Bandi Sanjay requested that a Special Air Force helicopter be sent to rescue the victims. Rajnath Singh responded positively to this matter. The officials of the Union Defence Minister’s Office have instructed the defense officials in Hakimpet to send a special Air Force helicopter to rescue the victims. Bandi Sanjay stated that the NDRF forces are ready to work with the Telangana state government in flood relief operations. (Maxim News)
