Telangana Legislative Assembly: Pocharam Holds Review Meeting Ahead of Budget Session

Telangana Legislative Assembly: Hyderabad, March 5 (Maxim News): Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy, Speaker, Telangana State Legislative Assembly and Syed Aminul Hasan Jaffrey, Protem Chairman, Legislative Council held a review meeting with state government officials and police officials at the Committee Hall in the legislative assembly building today in the wake of the Telangana State Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council sessions starting March 7, 2022.

Chief Whip Dassam Vinay Bhaskar, Legislative Secretary Dr. V. Narasimha Charyulu, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, Special Chief Secretary (Finance) Ramakrishna Rao, Special Chief Secretary (MA & UD) Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary (GAD) Vikas Raj, Director of Medical Education Ramesh Reddy and GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar. State DGP Mahender Reddy, Principal Secretary, Home Department – Ravi Gupta, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner – CV Anand, Cyberabad Police Commissioner – Stephen Ravindra, Rachakonda Police Commissioner – Mahesh Bhagat, DIG (Intelligence) – Sivakumar, Assembly Chief Marshal – Karunakar were present in the review meeting.

Telangana Legislative Assembly:

Speaking on the occasion, the speaker said that the 8th Session of the Second Legislative Assembly of Telangana State and the 18th Session of the Legislative Council will begin from the 7th of this month.

The Speaker thanked all the officers and staff who assisted in making the past meetings run smoothly.

He also said that every issue should be discussed comprehensively while maintaining the decorum of the Telangana State Legislative Assembly. (Maxim News)

The government and the authorities should co-operate, as in the past, to make the assembly meetings transparent. The information requested by the members should be provided as soon as possible.

Answers to pending questions regarding past meetings should be sent immediately.

Corona Effect:

Proper care should be taken as the corona effect has diminished but not yet completely vanished. The mask should be worn. The medical health department should set up a corona testing center to diagnose if anyone shows symptoms. The Telangana State Police Department is highly efficient. For the house to be peaceful inside, the areas surrounding the legislature must also be peaceful.
