Telangana Opens e-Pass Portal for Post-Matric Scholarships 2024-25: Registration Begins September 1

Hyderabad, Aug 31 (Maxim News): The government of Telangana offers scholarships under the Post-Matric Scholarship (PMS) Scheme benefiting Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Cass (BC), Other Backward Class (OBC), Minorities and Physically Challenged students in the state.

To ensure transparency and accountability in the sanctioning and disbursement of Post-Matric Scholarships, an Online system i.e. Website http://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in (E-Pass Portal) is being implemented. The system needs registration of Colleges and Students to enable the processing of data for sanction of fresh & Renewal Scholarships under the Matric Scholarship.

The registration of Colleges and Students for the Academic year 2024-25 on the e-pass website is being commenced from September 1 and will continue till December 31, 2024.

All the Regulatory Authorities and Colleges Managements must ensure that all Colleges and Students who wish to register in e-pass will upload their data for sanction of renewal and fresh scholarships for the Academic year 2024-25.

It directed all the Welfare Departments to start the registration process for renewal and fresh Scholarships.  (Maxim News)
